Could simply be a matter of time difference of the shots. It really isn't unusual to have people playing a game as it's being made. Or rather testing it as it's being ported.

HL1 was nice, HL2 is overrated pos. HL3 won't be any different, thats why they don't even bother making it.

There are way better first person shooters, games with way better story and games with way better (or actually SOME) protagonist. Freeman is just a name, there's no personality involved at all.

The pacing was too slow for such shooter. The gameplay was nothing special, nothing really. The graphics and the physics are features of the engine, not the game, since we can say the same for all Source games.
