Would be nice to see the reverse, give GTA IV a true visual overhaul even though the entire game might not be portable to the updated engine. (ENB can do some pretty cool stuff but it has it's limitations.)

ENB cannot improve such an outdated engine. All it does is some post processing crap that only makes the game look worse and inconsistent.

I am sure people will work on porting Liberty City to this engine.

They'll probably port over GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas maps too given time, heh. There's already working tools for the old X360 version of the game and they're probably being updated to work with the XBO/PS4 builds too so if work can then continue with the PC version modding could be possible quite soon after release depending on what Rockstar does with the PC version. (File encryption and such but it'll probably be worked around eventually if so.)
