Zero difference? On global scale of the game and plot progression? Maybe.
But does it make impact? Definitely. It nicely impacts player experience, especially for those that did world state import and want to see their own customized experience.
And I would never call is cosmetic. In fact, some of the decisions at the end of that mission can have higher weight on the player based on who are the participants.

If by impact you mean the player scratching their head and wondering wtf they did to this or that NPC from a previous game that now bears no resemblance, physically or personality-wise, to their original incarnation, beyond using the same voice actor, then I agree with you.

Also on this second playthrough I decided to use the cheatengine to tweak the camera. Boy does this help ALOT!!!
Problem is instinctively now I press the same commands as DA:O, only for them not to work :/

Guys...I'm currently tweaking the performance of the game and tessellation seems to be one of the biggest culprits.
I'm currently running the game on a 270x. Is there a visual difference between Ultra and High Tessellation setting?

From what I understand and read around "za internet" that setting only influences the range at which the Tessellation kicks in.
If so I can lives without it.

It happened sooner than I expected. A few more quirky winks, some appreciations..and ended up being ridden by the mighty Bull.
He was surprisingly polite though, even warned be beforehand, but I couldn't go back, had to seal the deal!

you should do a few story quests and unlock some more areas, there are many more, most smaller than hinterlands, and some equally big.
the hinterlands are less than 20% of the whole game area i unlocked so far.

Just the first pics, in Haven there's only flirting and teasing. The relationship gets nasty in Skyhold, that scene is inside the Inquisitor's royal, comfy bedroom. You'll see 
And one tip: don't try to date Harding. She's nice and all, but the thing doesn't go anywhere and seems like it also prevents you from bullriding other characters.
I'm just playing for laughs and giggles now, since I'm finding the main plot fairly disappointing and full of Biowarey clichès (I have two main missions left so far I believe), and the structure of the game itself is honestly getting repetitive with the lack of a proper tactical approach. I'm awesomebuttoming the hell out of it, should be over soon, thankfully! |

Harding? That's the sweet/cute dwarf tracker you see in each new area, right? As far as I know she's just a "flirt" character and has no romance options either way. Does she really negatively affect options for others?

It seems so. I didn't romance her (only innocent banters occurred  ) but I was reading that the game recognizes that you're in a relationship with her, even if nothing really happens afterwards.
Wouldn't surprise me if there was a DLC incoming with more romance options |

Some o the romances are broken, they don't ho anywhere, like Harding/Josephine. I don't mean sexual scenes, it just... they end. Like nothing happened.

You can flirt with Harding as much as you want (all you can do with her anyway), it won't damage any other relationships. I'm running through a second playthough as a Male Human Rogue, which is far more satisfying than my playthrough as a Female Qunari Mage, and always flirt with her. Hell, I flirt with Josephine as well. Both of them and I was still able to slide it in Cassandra.

Yeah, that's the point. Some of the possible relationships are simply undeveloped. I assume they decided to cut them off as safely as possible without breaking dialogs way too much thus we still have some leftovers.
