I watched it and I liked it. 8/10.

About Hitman: Movie (2007)
Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie.

Response: Well, Uwe Boll probably loved the Alone in the Dark games.

I don´t see why, all in this movie has been done before, with better results. Basically it´s just like the movie "Wrong Turn" except it´s even worse (if possible). There is no story at all whatsoever.

the question you should ask yourself is this
did you like dog soldiers Razz

We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year, running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Wish you were here.

Dog Soldiers is a great movie and another British one but where as The Descent is horror, Dog Soldiers was by far more of a comedy so unless you think of another one I havent thought of The Descent is the best British horror movie so far. Dont anyone dare mention 28 Days Later! What a load of crap!

Edit: Actually Creep wasnt too bad ...

I watched The Descent and Dog Soldiers back-to-back last night.

The Descent 7.5/10
Dog Soldiers 7/10

The creatures in the descent freak me out Nice gore in both Wink

Was thinking this Neil Marshall fellow is a pretty competent horror director ... alas, a horror isn't what's next up for him ...

Doomsday (2007)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0483607/
Plot Outline: A futuristic action thriller where a team of people work to prevent a disaster threatening the future of the human race.

I'd say that the main character's husband wouldn't agree with you Wink

But yeah, at least the little bit of gore at the beginning gives you patience to wait for more Very Happy

Long Time Dead was a decent Brit Horror flick more up my street than The Descent mainly due to the content and themes of the movie (The Ouija Board and Fire Demon), its no classic though.

The Wicker Man always polls high when those yearly best Horror film ever polls get released. I've seen it included in the top 10 alongside all time classics like The Shining, The Exorcist, Psycho, Don't Look Now and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Its not everyones cup of tea though, there are no real gory parts or killing in the movie and some of the songs are cringeworthy but I would feel happy saying its the best British Horror film ever off the top of my head.

Actually it's a solid, scary horror movie. One of the best, in the recent years. But then again, you're famous on Nforce because of your pompous statement "Saw is the best horror movie ever", so I'd expect anything from you! Heh!

Oh, and btw, two weeks have passed and I can't see a Saw II dvdscr rls, opposing to what you said in the Saw II thread. If it doesn't come out within 7 days, your credibility will be downgraded to the size of Keira Knightley's tits.
