Anyone, know where I can find this patch app?

This app will convert PAL games to NTSC. Need the latest version. All google links are crap. The version I have (V1.06) will not work with this release.

it costs you 4 dollar... it will play all ntsc games with color...

Y-FIX NTSC convertor is a better software, at least we can see the subtitle (below TV screen). But I found something wrong with those movie, most of the music and voice lag or stop for a few seconds. For example, Prince of Persia 3.

Whenever, a PAL games been released first, we'll never get those US NTSC version like Splinter Cell 3, Jax 3, Ratchet and Clank.... If only my local store get the US NTSC version(original), why should I use this convertor? Sad
