Played Rome Total War, but I'm much more interested in the middle age period and was looking into getting a game that covers this period. Was wondering what you guys who have played these two feel is the better middle age empire builder game? Is it simply MTW having a much stronger tactical combat game but KOH having a better political one?? Thoughts?

I've never played Knights of Honor, it looks good. Medieval Total War is basically Rome Total War in an inferior engine.

knights of honour is cool, but i think Medieval total war is better....

Knights of Honor for me, maybe because of my nationality but I enjoyed it more. (\_/) (O.o) (><) This is Bunny. Copy Bunny into your signature to help him on his way to world domination. Will the Swedish ever learn to play football with 11 players only?

M:TW is alot better, didnt liked the battles in knights of honor at all

Medieval 100% KoH could have been good, but it failed... Get Medieval TW + Vikings exp. Then ofcourse if Rome bored ya, then try KoH

MTW still outshines RTW in some aspects in my opinion. A worthwhile game to try out.
