I can confirm that all 1.01 crack files of FEAR are fake (even if u see 1.01 written on the right botom of FEAR screen options menu)
I had gfx problems with the 1.0 version which were corrected with 1.01. Before the crack was released, i used to start 1.01 version of FEAR with the mounted clone + SR7_stop and all gfx were fine Then i tried the 1.01 patch and all the problems came back ! So i'm sure that they've re-used the 1.0 crack and renamed ir 1.01 crack .

no, i checked it myself and its the cracked 1.01 version.
I don't have any problems here with textures or something (wtf u guys talkin about)

I'm only able to select 1024x768 as my max resolution (6800 ultra and my max resolution supported by my lcd is 1280x1024), is there anything I can do to select a higher resolution?

CD key file is located in
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Monolith Productions\FEAR\key.ini
But, you can change it via Client settings in Multiplayer section of the game, as Dandos said..

damn after i updated to 1.0.1 using anti-blaxx didn't work so i used sr7_stop and it worked sweet. This game is awsome even at medium graphic level this game blows many other games away and it's gameplay is excellent.
Also Tw1st looks like a idiot because i deleted a post for someone that requested cdkeys. Don't tell people they are banned in a post I hate having to delete 20 people saying "your banned' "hahaha fucktwad" and "i love little tea pots.

This game has (is) by far the best SP experience ever, I never felt such tension from a game, the atmosphere, the AI, the graphics and the story all are nearly perfect, the suspence, I mean damn, this game whoops the shit out of Half Life 2 ... and I never thought I would say something like that ..... I mean damn, I finished the game once and Im replaying it again cause its just soooooo damn good!
Runs great, looks great, huge replay value in my opinion, I didnt care much for the multiplayer.
I must give this 9.8/10.
