Hi all,

I recently put a 3,5" HDD into my "Big Rig" PC as a recording disk, because the two 240Gb drives are getting fuller and fuller with all the new games I buy from Steam and I needed more space.

So, what can I say, it's been since March 2012 I saw my Big Rig from inside and I was shocked at the amount of dust it collected - almost 3 years soon.

My cousin owns a car workshop, so my idea was to make it as easy as possible for me and use the air-pressure-pistol for the "rough" pass.
Otherwise it was unbareable for me to even think about cleaning that disgusting thing, let alone from thinking how much time it would actually cost me to do it by myself at home using home-tools.

I made this video which consists of BEFORE & AFTER shots of the whole process with audio commentary starting at around 03:40.

Hope you like it and yes, you may rant against me for being a filthy little gamer. Sad

Think of this.... with such delicate board voltages you with all that dust had a good chance at some point getting an electrical short and fucking it all up. keep it dust free always, thats 3 years of getting away with it heheh. And lets hope wherever you live that you do not get sandstorms because thats another issue. http://www.speedtest.net/result/4302967033.png
