steam is not usually asking for a code in email, if you login from other location/computer ? so if he get your user/pass is not useless anyway ?

Changed the password just in case.

Edit: Is steam down? Not able to login. Could not connect to steam network. Confused

I have not been able to print a receipt from Steam since August due to known bug so it seems some of the simplest stuff is beyond them as with all that money they don't really care about the small details.
