So here's the deal.
Usually at work, if alone, I'll pull up some youtube playlists and listen away.
The thing is, now they're coming down on our asses since some assholes just couldn't wait until after-hours to WATCH youtube shit at work.
Grooveshark works up to a point, but for some of the latest stuff (say, Gone Girl OST or even older stuff like skyrim's OST) it's a no go. Now I remember hearing some guy a few years ago speaking about one of these "redirection sites", that was pretty low profile appearance wise and would do just fine.
Is there such a site or program that does this?

So you want to listen to music from youtube while you are at work, without directly going to youtube? (traffic to youtube monitored?)

Well I don't care if it's monitored, really
Maybe some program that has a small UI linking directly to youtube's MP3's or whatever, and allowed me to search for tracks (clips), skip to the next track (clips) on a playlist, etc

ok, so directly accessing youtube is no problem, but the page popping up on your screen is?

Yep.
Anyone sees that -> "You mofo, you're watching videos at work?! "
No use in explaining that you're actually just listening to stuff, especially after the shit these assholes pushed now.

^^ plugin for chrome ok?
disclaimer: I didn't try it, but it looks like something you'd want to use.
Alternatively register with fake data at vk.com, the russian faecesbook, they have all the musics on the planet and an easy to use player.

I just SSH to my home computer to IRC and use that connection as a SOCKS proxy for my web browser.
Funny thing is, it's actually faster than direct internet connection at work since it has to go all their filter bullshit.
