This is a PC only patch, and you should be seeing Version 1.4.0 in the bottom left of the Main Menu if it's been successfully installed. If you are playing Far Cry 4 on a different platform, your version number will be different.

Does it just say Fur on/off?

the new nvidia hairworks says something like simulation/hairworks I believe?

Okay, there is simply no filehoster that can host HQ gifs so I had to use Dropbox.

First one:

Last time when I had to unplug all devices were games with StarForce protection. Ubilol brings back bad memories.

I really don't get people's fascination with this game. its pretty much the same as Far Cry 3. and I did not manage to finish FC3, because it got too repetitive at one point.

Same issue with GTA5.

Im glad it worked for you as well mate!

Something so simple as mouse smoothing seems to make a HUGE difference in the way the game feels. The entire game just feels more responsive now Smile

Well the RLD version is Steam, FTS is Uplay and uses a Uplay emu. That's likely why. In fact, I think I remember someone on RIN specifically stating that none of the released updates work on the RLD version.

Urgh at this game, having fun but it really runs like a turd on my system. Runs great at first and 15 mins later its bogged down and it feels like you're covered with -10 speed sludge. Crying or Very sad
