As the topic states, I bought a used ps3.
Hopefully it will last me a while, but since it's one of the older phat models it will probably blow up in my face the first time I power it up.
It came with 17 original games of which I can remember:
GTA IV + V
Last of us
Uncharted 1 + 2 + 3
Quantum of solace
The Simpsons game
Grand turismo 5 + Proloque
Socum: special forces
Was think of picking up:
God of war + HD remake of the earlier games
ICO + Shadow of the collosus remake
heavy rain
Infamous 1 + 2
Metal gear solid 4
Journey
Red dead Redemption
I don't really play racing games. But like action games, RPGs or any other type of game with a good story.
Never really played on the ps3 so if any of you have any info I might not know concerning the ps3 feel free to post it.
Hardware: Ryzen 3700x, B450 MSI Gaming Pro carbon AC, GTX1080, 32 GB 3200 Mhz cas 14, 256 EVO SSD, 1 TB EVO SSD and 4 TB HDD.
Console: xbox, wii and xbox 360

Thank you all for the game suggestions.
Finally plugged the damn thing in and wouldn't you know no picture was shown on my TV. It wanted to display in 1080p which my tv doesn't support (It's OLD!). Found a short guide and got the ps3 to accept 1080i.
Played some uncharted: drakes fortune. Funny game!

Jak And Daxter Trilogy they say the second one is bad, tho have only played the first
Okami HD unless you played it on the wii
Puppeteer
Dragon’s Crown
Disgaea serie
The Witch and hundred knight
Tales of Zestiria (not out yet)
I would skip Starhawk, pretty much dead online I guess. It's the same for Warhawk, my only dumb decision in buying wasted €13 :<

went to gamestop and bought a couple of my most wanted games.
Resistance 2
God of war III
Infamous 1
Infamous 2
and for the kids: Disney infinity version 1 along with a couple of figures.
This is quickly adding up 
While I was at gamestop I noticed that some of the prices for used games were fuckin ludacris! 35€ for jak and dexter, 20€ for heavy rain.. fackin hell, Think I'll by some of them on DBA(Danish ebay).

It's all dependent on your PS3 model and installed firmware. If you have something over 3.55 then you can't just put a USB stick in any more, you need to use a hardware downgrade flasher and then update. Most modders tend to offer their services for around €35-40. If your PS3 came from the factory with anything above 3.60, then you need an ODE (optical drive emulator) and those are a lot more expensive I'm afraid.

Basically anything up the PS3 "2.5k" Slim is "maybe" okay (again, check date) but if you've got the Slim 3k or SuperSlim 4k then you're out of luck.

Since he bought a phat model, then he can downgrade it with the hardware flasher for sure.
For sure also if you hadn't bought any game, it would have came much cheaper for you to downgrade than buying all these games.

But yep, you're completely clear... either buy a kit yourself or pay someone to downgrade for you. 1 "game" = all games
