Are you sure? Let's wait for DigitalFoundry's article before drawing conclusions. Most multiplatform games run vastly better than the consoles on a 4gb GTX 670 which can be had for 130€ here.

Tried that and even all the settings on low. It helps but still the same amount of stuttering that is in the video posted above.

I can't play like this. The game is too dark sometimes. Is there a way to fix this, because it's really annoying :/

^well, that doesn't fix it. It's still fucking dark at daytime when I walk into a room or in a shade of a tree / house etc.
I've watched some PC streams and it's not like that for them.

So after downloading and installing the Reloaded version nearly all of the stuttering has suddenly disappeared. I guess the Skidrow version with the patch doesn't overwrite/include all the updated files?

The best part about Far Cry, is that it can produce some great moments of hilarity mixed with genuine WTF-ness. I love those.  
Pigs being pulled up by eagles and dropped like a bacon version of Magnolia, berzerk Rhynos throwing humans literally on top of the roofs just because fuck you!, flying cars, cute honey badgers that are more aggressive than Charles Manson, bro bears winning a fight for me without using baits/unlocking cages, people being burned to death by their own molotov's because of the inflammable grass, such randomness is golden.
I'm not even doing missions at the moment, I just roam around and experiment with C4's, explosive arrows a-la Rambo, the usual stuff. Thankfully I don't have stuttering (only somewhat imprecise mouse controls despite the tweaks) even though I lowered the details a bit in order to maintain a decent framerate.

I think it's either the volumetric fog or Nvidia's godrays that cause that "vaseline look", because I'm keeping them disabled and the visuals are crisp:

The game looks great, imo. It could use more variety since the environments repeat themselves, but it's pleasant.

Why can't I add multiple attachments to a gun? I bought an assault rifle that has options for scopes and an extended mag, but it only lets me choose either or.

Im i the only one that really hopes we get a blood dragon 2 outta this game.. or some other off the wall standalone dlc from this. i enjoyed blood dragon more the fc3 .. just saying..

we now have a way of getting the uplay items, machine4578 has posted a trainer on cs.rin that lets you unlock all buyables including the uplay items.ill wait until I unlock all the other items and then Ill use the trainer to get the uplay items.
