if you randomly end in broken linux system you do not know how to deal with linux operating systems and you should consequently refrain from trying to describe the quality of a linux based operating system. try to spend your time at learning the linux operating system

well, this is the perfect example how broken EU politics are... it's just impossible to work on longer term compared to communist china where the goverment is working for 10 years new mayor each 4 years of new political family and prior decisions should be reverted. this has nothing to do with linux failing in Munich, but all with broken political system i am disgusted by these kind of governments. same in Belgium, prior goverment was preparing for nuclear exit, new one 5 years later starts re-investing in nuclear power some things need long term vision!!
