Nope, you should be seeing 1.3 on the title screen. Make sure you're not using 1.00 binaries inside that ALI crack (none of the SSAO files, nor FarCry4.exe or FC64.dll, etc) |

aside from that, what are the dlcs actually? Are they really necessary or at least fun?

Are you on the latest from today? Supposedly the drivers from a few days ago cause huge image anomaly issues in the game. Not 344.48, or today's 344.75 but the ones in between - I forget the number.

Yup, that's a glitch bud as there's nothing like that here. In fact, that looks like the AO/lighting bug on the <1.03 build.

with the new drivers i get 85-105ish FPS on Ultra.
But it's still a choppy pos lol.
Gonna wait for a couple more patches. This is hurting my head.

better here, but driving still stutters but moving around on foot is alot better and fps have increased, its playable now at least

Ive been using 1680x1050 since 2010. I just upgraded to 1440p very recently. I knew what I was getting myself into so I just went with SLI.
Keep in mind though, there are currently no SLI profile for this game. May have to wait a week for either Nvidia or somebody else to release the profile.

Well I will try and see. I once had SLI and never will use SLI again as I had so much trouble with it back then. Maybe a 980 would be an option for me but I am not quite sure if the jump is really worth it, considering I have a very good GTX 780 very high overclockble with a Prolimatech mk 26 on it... |
I will agree with randir here. I kind of regret the jump to 1440p as well, it forced me to use SLI and while I haven't had nearly as much of a problem with it as many people like to say, it has at times been an annoyance where I feel like it would've just been simpler to be on 1080p on a single card set up. |
The only other SLI setup Ive used in the past was GTX 480 SLI and I loved the shit out of it. The performance boost from adding that second card instead of going to a newer single card is huge. I dont know how people have issues with SLI. The only issue Ive seen is when a profile isnt available but they eventually come out within a week or two at most
