It should simply work by drag and dropping the folder onto the Pack.exe. If it doesn't work, try copying the common_unpack folder to any drive's root folder and try then, as I am not sure what's the error you are getting.

Is there any solution to make the map working in the 3DM/Ali213 Release ?

I tried both SKIDROW cracks/crackfixes and for me the game crashed when opening the first door (has been reported on many torrent sites, too).

The 3DM/Ali213 version works fine so far but the map is black. I would like to keep playing the 3DM version due to the issues with the Skidrow version... (another reason is that the savegames are not compatible so with every Skidrow x-th crackfix I have to start a new game and I already invested a lot of hours into the 3DM version ...)

Rename or delete your patch.dat and patch.fat files in the data_win32 folder and the map will appear.

EDIT: This has been posted a couple of times but this is what the patch notes looked like when the game went gold though it might change before release.

Patch.dat/fat files in pre-load are v1.2.0 already. Only .exe is missing and the leaked one is old from retail version which is old build and missing those two patches.

Uplay pre-load just needs v1.2.0 .exe + .dll

And still like you say they may do some fuck up like ACU and on release date they downgrade only to bring same files few days later.
Hopefully they will just release v1.2.0 missing bins.

After running around and exploring I found a glider which I apparently managed to steer into a restricted area so when I landed a ten second timer appeared warning me to return and once it counted down I was promptly teleported back.

Problem is that I was teleported back to where I landed and I can't take a single step in any direction without triggering the countdown timer and getting teleported back since it's impossible to get back to a "safe" area within just ten seconds. Razz

(And this new area looked much nicer so it would have been fun to explore it but it seems the world map is a bit more restricted now.)

deffo gonna buy this when I can find a reasonable price for it,I think its a damn sight better than FC3 and that was pretty good,really enjoying it so far seems Im 1 of the lucky ones whos not experiencing any issues with it so far.(leaders rls + ali crack + machines patch.dat + GamerProfile.xml tweaks )

So im assuming the fact that in the start the game and cuz of the fkin terrible controls i couldn't make the jump which led to the death and then the game didnt load the save and instead gave a black screen where you can here the menu accessing in the back but cant see shit is crack related? Btw i have skidrow release.

/edit: Yeah ali crack fixed it....nice...now all we need is to fix fov and terrible mouse movement...Sad

It could be you are missing .NET Framework v4. Event Viewer might shed more light on that. I know it would've been easier for me to upload the file itself, but since I (very) rarely lurk here, I'm not sure what I can and can't link here.

I think that for UPlay it will unlock whenever it's the 18th in your country (Checked server side.) and for Steam it's the usual unlock time but I could be wrong. Smile

Yup, same as Far Cry 3. Just edit "GamerProfile.xml" inside MyDocs\MyGames\FarCry4. Then change IronsightToggleMode="0" To IronsightToggleMode="1".

in regard to the shangri la issue I mentioned earlier, you can get past that by removing the patch files and then replacing them after that section.
