Regardless, removing the dodgy patch files actually improved the experience quite a bit and I'm having a blast! Yeaah, it's definitely "more Far Cry 3" but I'm glad for that since I enjoyed FC3 so damned much Smile Pagan rocks, the visuals are great, performance is rock solid .. and the world is ENORMOUS. Eagles are motherfuckers too Laughing I was driving around in a tuktuk (Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy) and heard someone scream "EAGLE!" and suddenly half a dozen guys were shooting into the air, I thought "Christ, that's a bit of an overreaction isn't it?"



... yeaaaaaaaaaaaah, that thought vanishes when you've been attacked by one. Little bastards grinhurt

That's a glitch, you're missing the sack/bag texture over your head. Once again, leaked copy, not final. Change the lighting mode or restart to fix it.

Works great at 4k with a single 780Ti. Nvidia settings + Lightning on Ultra + SMAA. FPS havent dropped from 30-35, really good optimization. I´m uploading likes 150+ shots but it´s gonna take a while @ 100kb/s Laughing

well i'm getting rid of the black AO prob by using lightning set to low (lol yea its strange) + HBAO (R9 280X, i5, ssd). It looks better then SSAO with lightning at max to me. Like we all know this game is fucked up but i still wanted to share my thoughts about this weird fucking prob/bug Failed Troll

They don't work, or well.. they "work" but they're glitchy. Map works with these but any "treasure" icons don't update correctly. If you grab a diamond box, the diamond on the map blinks and then comes back.
