The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

lolwut? FC2/FC3 and BD all of them were quite optimized, maybe you're talking about AC games.

They were (as long as you don't count DX11 mode which was a stuttering mess) Now this one is being made by Ubisoft Kiev, the "geniuses" behind the everything-crippling ACU. I have little to no hope for a decent experience in FC4 Sad

But since it's not NexGen and on a lesser engine, surely they're knowledgeable enough to make it optimized?

Oh wait...we're talking about UbiShit here. My bad!

Opposed to Unity, I think it will run fine, FC3 ran alright as well and after the patches it was good enough.

For once, I have to agree with Kein.

FC3 wasn't that bad; it ran fine for the most part, it just had very odd stuttering.

FC2 however was anything but optimised. That game was completely CPU bound.

Oh the opposite of Far Cry 2 then which only allowed MP maps.
(Far Cry 3 I think was primarily MP but you could add SP elements.)

Why should they support the MP? releasing new maps (DLC's) for $$$ wouldn't make any sense if there was map editor support for mp.

Took a quick look at it, missing the Dunia.dll file which is one of the key files for that engine since Far Cry 2 and it's little "launcher" FC4.exe or whatever it will be called.
(Exe is usually only some 100 KB at most and then the .dll has all the required code.)
