It was an honest question, from what I've seen people here who have nVidia don't have these missing textures problem.

They may have better performance because of the Nvidia deal (hence the logo at the start...) but I have a full AMD setup, the only problems I ever had were performance and moon gravity.

Café Theatre (homestead) is the only heavily lagging place for me, good benchmark.

After viewing this, i got a lot worried. The way they released the game is VERY unprofessional.

Interesting, thought the game was already at version 1.2.0 but I see now that it displays 1.1.0 in the main menu and the readme file from the UPlay preload data which was posted with various changes for 1.2.0 is now altered and just displays the 1.1.0 changelog, guess it was withheld then and this patch will be out either tomorrow or in a few days with more updates following later.

I was confused about this also, thought 1.2 was released with the game. I guess they wanted to add some last minute changes to the latest patch... fine by me. Like you said should be out shortly anyway.

And? Neon didn't ask if every *single* owner of AMD GPUs gets the issue, he wondered if nvidia cards are unaffected. So your personal experience with one AMD GPU does not invalidate his post.

It would have, had you said "I have nvidia and I do have the same issue" though.

From what I've seen only AMD users have reported the issue but I didn't exactly make a list.

i bought the game on the 11th once i saw a YT benchmark with a system weaker than mine running it just fine (in the youtube vid i saw he had a 660 and i have a R9 280, which is better).

Well the fps is very unstable with a GTX 970. I put shadows on high and msaa on 2x. otherwise it's on max. mostly it's at 60 fps. This aside im very much liking the game. It looks ok graphically, but the atmosphere seems top notch and gameplay seems better than black flag that I just played yesterday

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Dear god xD

This is insane. Didn't all the previous games have guards that COULD check haystacks and other hiding places?

I had a bloody sword fight with one of those red shirt behind the back of his buddy who was standing by a fireplace, ignoring us completely.

When I was done, I stabbed him for being so goddamn stupid. Very Happy

I had one RedCoat follow me around in full agro mode for the whole mission without attacking me. I also could not attack him. In the end I had to just run away from him and he lost me.
