Don't get me wrong. I like Saul. But | Spoiler: |
1) the boy was dead anyways
2)they were not gonna release Saul and god knows what they could do to him( a proper torture, not water and stuff) and what information (ex-director of CIA ffs!) they could get and what they could do with that information
3) there were quite a few terrorists: a MAJOR terrorist leader and all his "captains".
So, that's why I said "all things considered Saul is expendable". The situation was dire and it required making a dire decision. I'm not sure Carrie had all these reasons in mind (most likely not) but I believe she was absolutely right to give this order. |

Really like how story is developing so far - but for some reason i am forcing myself to watch it every week :-/ I guess thats beacuse of the fact that there is no likeable character for me anymore and i guess too much Carrie

And I thought that this show had no chance to be thrilling again...silly me. That was bloody great. 
I truly wasn't expecting this outcome, but it was exactly what this season needed. *evil grin*

Yup, it's a good news indeed. I'm surprisingly liking this season a lot despite the low expectations, mainly thanks to the acting which is top quality. I almost felt like I was on drugs too in yesterday's episode.
