Hey to all Im new to forum. I had to reg since I have this situation that I need advice. And I sense the wisdom in all of you.
I have this co-worker that is smoking hot and for some odd reason I think she is interested in me if you describe it mildly. I get pretty much naughty straight proposals every day I CAN work with her. The thing is that I have fiance & children, the very long relationship has cooled off a lot from early years. The co-worker knows of my family. And the grass looks more green on ... well you get the point. I never asked for this but in some way I hoped for it. And I do not want to loose anyone.
So what you think I should do since I have been stalling the situation last couple weeks and I think she deserves some kind of answer:
a) Just play along since women has been doing this to men for ages.
b) Maybe you can have everything, riiight?
b) YOLO, go get the bone, dog!
c) Be a pussy and stay with the family. And curse the decision for the rest of you life.
d) Your solution?
Motherfuck... I wish this was a troll post but its unfortunately not. I might turn on option "a" since it might give me more time to think.

If you are done with your fiance you should break up without having all this extra crap being used to justify it. Be truthful with yourself and most importantly to the one you are with.
If not, then work on the relationship...
It's not rocket science so don't make it more complex than it has to be. But... eh... most people are weak and don't have the balls to break something off just because they don't have anything else.

tell your fiancee that you're finished with her and go with the hot coworker. the way you talk and describe yourself and your behavior, i think its very clear you have no real interest in saving your relationship; it'll never work.
if you have even the slightest decency within you, seriously, better to hurt her now, than later, because you seem like the kinda guy that will eventually give into temptation and hurt her eventually anyway. just dont be a total douche and cheat.

Do you really think the kind of person you're describing here is likely to listen to opinions he doesn't want to hear.

Actually, the way he describes her, and the fact he lists sticking with his fiancée as his least preferred option, it looks like he wants validation for his, let's be honest here, already made decision to ditch her and go for the shallow fling, and so that's what I'm doing. His fiancée deserves better than him, and the sooner he cuts her free, the sooner she can find someone decent to be with.

You are not 25 anymore, you are an adult with responsibilities to his wife and children. Sure the grass looks greener, but eventually you'd be just as bored of the co-worker as of your wife now. And then you will have lost her, and also your children.
Sex isn't everything, find a new hobby or a different outlet that makes you happy. Start kinky shit with your wife. Do something new, but don't ruin the family.

It's good to be flattered by the appreciations, and naughty thoughts are human, but from my perspective the whole thing is a big, fat nope. When you have a long time fiancèe and children, there are consequences that need to be taken into account, not to mention the possibility to permanently damage their lives just because a random hot lady has entered her mating season.
Even if the long relationship has cooled off a bit, it's never to late to pick it up and give it life again. Just put some effort into it and the magic will happen again, eventually. If really doesn't work and turns up you're not in love with your girl anymore, then the scenario might change, but the keyword as usual is honesty

I would just do the manliest thing I could think of in this situation: work on the relationship.
You see, this stopped being about your sorry ass since you have children. Don't fuck their lives up.
Love and lust are important parts of the relationship, but those alone won't make ANY relationship work. You know what does? A lot of effort and work put in to it. Planning as well. Why the fuck propose, if you didn't think it through?
Life isn't only about "me, me, me! When?! RITE NAO!". And thankfully, humans get happiness out of selflessness as well. You just have to work for it.
Also, the little skank in your office knows you have a family, and still makes advances. Think she will stick around once you are not that exciting anymore (and you will arrive there soon)? Think again!

People tend to think that these choices are easy to make. And where the fuck empathy went?
I have lived my life at peace before this but this chick is harassing my mind. I have actually done desperate shit to get her out of my mind. And now I find myself feeding the feelings and the situation. All the choices are bad. Some of em will break me and others destroy. And pick the least worst option isn't the answer. Life is so fucking unfair and I want everything.
To clarify that you don't think I'm complete AHole I have turned her down already several times. She feels really bad about the situation also since my family. And she seems perfect in every way for me. I know I had my share of the ladies when I was younger but only couple have been like this.
