I still think ac1 had the best atmosphere and graphics and borhterhood had best gameplay.
Might even install unity...

it is locked to 780  so I guess most PC players (see Steam Hardware Survey) wouldn't even care if it was locked to 30 fps

He just mentioned the v-sync because the question was about the framerate, so it fitted.
Ubisoft games actually offer vast amount of options, tons more than the usual ports, the fact that they often run like shit is a different matter entirely.

since when v-sync has anything to do with low fps, well with crap that ubisoft produce it does
normal games tend to lock your fps at the maximum refresh rate of your screen

Ubisoft uses some kind of weird triple buffering stuff, I'm not knowledgeable about this topic, but we discussed it a lot in AC IV thread.

Bloodlines... damn it why theres so many games being made with shitty ideas etc. and nobody made Bloodlines 2 or something similar to it. That game is pure awesome
