Okie, I hate them, not because they are useless etc... but because they are WAY too commercialised (not talking about trends here yo!).
Ok, for example look above the RED "l" in the word commercialised. See what I mean?
This is really getting annoying, every damn page has those GET A FREE IPOD crap and it starts to get on my nerves.
Commercial#1: Tommy, a smart boy, reading some books in the libarary. Going to some place and start playing chess, and BAM suddenly outa nowhere rapper yoyo dudes jump into the room start dancing, breakdancing (what can be worse then dancing? Breakdancing!) etc...
And the narrator says: "Thank god not everyone are like Tommy" and it shows an iPod.
Commercial#2: [past] Some black boy is standing looking at a dog, he tries to feed it or something and then some rapper dudes jump into him and take him to some night club[/past]
[present]He is participating in a rapper war. Wearing all this stupid fucking shit etc...[/present]
Narrator goes: "He could become a veterenarian (w/e you spell it), but for our good his friend took him to a nightclub that day" and it shows an iPod.
This is over the top.

About Hitman: Movie (2007)
Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie.
Response: Well, Uwe Boll probably loved the Alone in the Dark games.

Well I hate it for its fashion accesorie (spelling) instead of an actual MP3 Player... There are better alternatives with far more features and a much much better price.

i love my ipod, just hate all the crappy features, i hate itunes, i hate the interface and i hate how u can't manage the mp3s from windows...
fucking apple, damn u for forcing my gf to buy me an ipod... come to think of it, i think i lost my ipod.. where the fuck is it

iPod sucks kinda bad I think.. Overrated, overpriced and absolutely NOT the best mp3-player that is.
iPod ~15h battery time
Sony Walkman HD-5 ~35h battery time playing mp3's (mine lasts about 35h atleast)
iPod costs a hella lot of money
the Sony Walkman HD-5 costs ~200$ in sweden and in my opinion sounds just as good as the iPod if not better. Oh did I mention it is 20gb too?
Only bad thing about the HD5 is the software... Sony can't make PC software for shit...

I use MD players. Mostly because their battery life is pretty crazy and the soundquality is nicer than an ipods. I have the 1GB disc minidisc player and 5 discs I throw in my bag. I find it pretty handy, smaller and lighter than an ipod. And I can play it for like 3 days without needing a recharge.

Man...fuck ipods...see the Oakley glasses that have a built in Mp3 player, 512mb...and they are sport glasses, its so sick but expensive still, $600...gunna try to find a pic or something of it...saw it in a magazine i have, wicked gaget.

The Nano is an untouchable mp3 player. It's 4 gigs of solid state flash memory at 250 bucks. Yes it's more then the hard drive 4 gig mp3 players but flash memory is a lot less breakable then a hd. I had 2 creative micro's both hd broke after dropping it less then 5 times. The nano was reviewd and shown to be able to withstand a drop from a speeding car and still work. I still think the real ipod is pointless but for a great portable device Ipod Nano is it. Also your complaining about advertisements that apple has no control over. It's the stupidty of people and what lengths they will go to in order to get an Ipod (signing up for pyramid schemes). Apple isn't running these schemes but other profiteirs. So if you don't like pop up ads about winning free ipods go find the people that actually went and got there ipod that way don't blame the product.

I actually agree. The Nano is a fucking incredible MP3 Player. It's sound quality is even better than the original Ipod and on par with my MD player. After all my other purchases are done, thats on my wishlist.

The IPod fad is so over done. So bad that there is even ipod posers. White ear phones that look like ipods, haha to much.
I will never buy an IPOD, itunes will never take up space on my pc. If i got one for free i would trade it in for a real MP3 player.

well my mp3 player broke on the plane and i'm probably gonna need to reformat it all and lose 35gb of songs. about half of which I don't have anymore :'( but I will never buy an ipod to replace it
