I read quite a bit of the info on that site...and it seems that anyone with half a brain would be able to tell its a scam. Or atleast do some deep investigating. I mean, if Im going to get 1.6 million for something, and there is a 30g fee for this, and a 50g fee for that...take it outta the 1.6 million right? Why would i need to come up with the money first? that doesnt make sense and banks and things of that nature dont work like that, so I assume.

LOL my girlfriend got the exact same letter, just the names were different.
she sent a reply e-mail out of curiosity wanting more info and the guy actually sent passport and certificate scans.
at that point i was having thoughts, but then i stumbled across a thread on a forum which was filled with these mails.
all of em were exactly the same, just the names were adapted to the subjects.
i told it to my gf and she sent him the most insulting piece of text i ever read
