Its not announced but we may say its confirmed. In the WWE site there was an add of the game with the covers and they were promoting the 3 major versions - PS4, X1 and PC. If it was some random site - sure, we may call it a fake, but it was posted on official WWE page so its pretty much confirmed for PC imo.
