I think it is region locked, and the PAL version, does not have English voice acting,
Bethesda being stupid again. |
The "PAL" release out right now doesn't have English, just FIGS (French, Italian, German, Spanish) the proper English will be out soon it seems. Insane to release a FIGS-only version of a game in Europe, ffs, but hey.. >_>

The recent release of FFXIII has been good for those that want Japanese language, as the Steam release is the only one in the *world* that has dual audio. It costs 60GB, double that of the PS3 and over treble that of the 360, but that's because it's possible now and doesn't take 2 Blu-rays or 6 DVD-DLs.
In this regard I actually do think MS had a point with the push towards digital distribution, I just think they went about it in a really hamfisted and belligerent way on the XBONE before they changed their minds.

You can buy maybe from Holland? We get 99,99% the UK versions all the time. Only with FIFA it's sometimes different.

You mean the always DRM right?
Well digital distribution has its benefits and its downsides for sure.
Still a shame what happened with the FF13 port.
And what Bethesda pulls of here with the console versions of TEW.
Tango shouldn't have been acquired by ZeniMax...big mistake.
