But that particular image above reminds me of some other actress. I think from some teen crapola flick. It's on the tip of my tongue what the movie is or who the actress is, or any clue to solve this puzzle...

The pic doesn't ring too many bells for me sadly, but perhaps...Mena Suvari?  She had that 'big eyes staring' look in American Beauty for example (definitely not a teen flick, though :<)
