yeah it does happen and it is kinda hard to win such cases

This is why I'm a staunch believer in punishing false claims. If anyone makes a false rape allegation and it's proven to be false, then that person should be jailed - or at the very least have to pay a ball-shrivelling large amount of money to the injured party. Rape is horrifying... being ACCUSED of it can be just as damaging.
Anyway, this is most definitely not the thread for this. I was just joking around with BioWere's stupidity. No more from me on this.

Personally I wouldn't want a person responsible to be jailed or anything, even for that, but I wouldn't mind a huge compensation for my troubles and ruined reputation

The problem is rather, from what I hear from a friend going to uni, when a girl believes she's been drugged when it isn't true.
One guy on campus got arrested because a girl got blindly drunk and couldn't remember what she had done the day before - the guy hadn't bought her the drinks yet she accused him of using a date rape drug. Now, doesn't that make it a very VERY dangerous thing? I mean, how can you prove you didn't use a drug?

That didn't stop the guy from getting arrested - I'll have to ask my friend but I believe he was mainly arrested for getting her drunk which wasn't true according to my friend.

That is already the case in the US, for as long as I can remember. Filing a false police report is a crime. Testimony before a grand jury is sworn testimony subject to perjury charges.
But it's very hard to proof something like this.

The thing I always found weird was that chaimail bikinis apparently make no sense, but lipstick, eyeshadow, blush, etc.? Totally cool in a medieval fantasy setting.
