i think it's ok to update ones hardware every once in a while (like every 2-3 years) so you can really enjoy the games with all their nice gfx sweets. and it's simply way more feeling when everything looks better and sounds better.
so hej, even when you attend school you are able to spare 600 bucks in 2 years, innit?

god! the demo worked just fine, but the full game? noooooooooooooo...! they felt that the story of the world war II is just isnt setisfing, so they decided that they must put some monster-kind graphic engine, so every one who want to play the game with the lowest settings on everything, would need to upgrade his computer in something like 700 jazilion dolar.

You get a decent rig for about 1500-2000 bucks and then I mean DECENT. That you call theese guys names I just find imature, they are just trying to do the best for the bucks man. That some ppl did not upgrade thier gear to at least min standard for all the new gen games comming is no ones fawlt but yours man. Get a grip and visit Newegg or somet...Xmas is just around the corner so do your self a favour or go back playing Pacman or somet.

I get confused about these kind of games.. It feels just like Medal of Honor, but its not by EA.. either way, im not normally a fan of FPS let alone WW2 ones and i didnt really like MOH:AA on PC but I did like BIA1. I got this game, just did the first (Training) mission and im in love. Its brilliant, the graphics are great and I like having team members that dont all look like store dummies (MOH:AA) and theres some real tension in the game.

NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 200 128 mb
Doesn't this meet system minimum requirements?
If any1 got a suggestion, please lemme know. I badly wanna play COD2

i played online using Xfire server, joined the game but couldnt move.. turns out you have to re-map the controls for Single and MP seperatly .. lol. I got owned about 30 times, they were camped at the respawn point.

do install DirectX 9.0c
and yeah, as cobra mentionened, if possible get yourself a new gfx card, it's worth the money. buy a radeon 9800PRO, theyre really cheap now and bring alot of performance. |

I just can't get over why my fps sucks :s it runs BF2 perfectly with Anti-Aliasing, the works. This is strange

Ive just played some Multiplayer and the guys are like Gods, i get killed before I even know theres an enemy near.

Where can I get DirectX or how do I "Downgrade" from Direct 9.0c?
Hope someone can help me.  |
you have to UPgrade from DirectX 9.0b to 9.0c

Game runs like a dream (with a 6800 GT) think this game is nvidea optimised, haven't had framerates this high for months in a new fps. BTW, buying a radeon 9800 pro is a bad idea, those cards are cheap for a good reason.

yes because they're 2 years old.
i play on my 9800pro all new fps with high even HL² lost coast and runs very smooth.
this was the best card available 2 years ago. ATi cards rule. |
