Looks are a matter of opinion, I think the Moto 360 looks way, way better.

And this one looks bulky as hell. Waiting for the actual measurements, but it looks really thick.

Mind Is Full Of Fuck

People slag off Samsung and LG for their watches, Apple does one that looks like a mix between a Galaxy Gear and an iPod Nano and suddely it's awesome ?!

The haptic screen is cool, they've done good things with the UX. But the thing itself is butt ugly I think :/

360 is a little thick, but the overall design is way ahead of anyone else's.

Until you reach the software, and it's just a circle-cropped rectangle UI, no optimization made for the circular display.

Google should've at least updated their own apps, but outside that the LG Watch R and Moto 360 are both brand new and the only two round ones Smile

New Wear version next month though, which will most likely have everything updated properly.

I must say though that while the UX on the watch seems great, the actual visual design of the apps is...lacklustre.

The UI is very minimal, I love it. I hate the material design crap that plagues Google now. This is a lot more interesting. But still, a 349$ watch. I have a watch - iPhone.

Pebble is still the most attractive one, because it's the smallest.

Have you seen Material in action? They updated Chrome mobile with it now and it is pretty damn good. Transitions are very slick, they got the length of them just right.

Again a matter of taste, I prefer Material over iOS 7, because it doesn't use so much transparency and keeps a much clearer contrast between various elements (not necessarily contrast in the literal meaning by colour, but by using depth too).

I have, and I think it's terrible. The unnecessary animations on everything is really, really annoying me. It looks like Samsung UI. The only missing thing is the water drop sound. Rolling Eyes

I think the iWatch has some cool technology, but Apple really failed on the design part.

I usually like Apple designs but Christ the thing looks horrible.

People who wear watches WANT SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE A WATCH. Sorry, the Sinn isn't coming off to wear this ugly piece of shit.

That iWatch is going to make my Tissot automatic mechanical watch look so classy!

Thanks Apple!

Although the design is a bit clumsy (I guess a compromise for battery life) I like how they manage to integrate both hardware and software and that wheel, though simply what you found in car UIs for ages, was a nice idea.

But all these people that never had watches, who now will buy a new one once in a year with omg so much featurrrs!

And you can feel other peoples huurrtbeat because its soe soechiael!!

lol wut

Also the presentation, seriously those creepy people who give standing ovations at saleshows. And those speeches... Apple really creeps me out sometimes.

@rgb#000 Its actually a good thing not the whole front is a screen though, you may want to have something to hold on to while using your device without constantly touching the screen.

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."
