Out of curiosity what are the chances that when the game unlocks some additional Japanese localized packages are also d/l? Won't there be any conflict between "Euro"version of the game and the additional package? Or steam simply decrypts the data without d/l additional files? It would be funny if I waited so long just to find out the game is in Japanese without any option to switch to English

The game ID will unlock (This - http://steamdb.info/app/265550/ ) and then depending on what "subscriptions" your purchase uses will determine what is downloaded and available. (So if you bought it in Japan it's possible that you only get access to the Japanese localizations and possibly stuff like a low-violence version of the game and so on.) EDIT: Basically there's only one "appID" for the game so when it unlocks it'll be available and then the actual content is usually further split depending on where you purchased it but using a VPN connection or similar will force the game to unlock. http://steamdb.info/app/265550/history/ When it unlocks in a region it should show up there as "ReleaseStateOverride - X" where X is the country code, in this case it would be JP. As can currently be seen there's nothing like that yet so these release times can be a bit imprecise or how to say, probably why most developers keep to the standard Steam time. (Can be anything from ten minutes to a hour after it was meant to unlock, it's been about 25 minutes at the time of this post.) In any case it should start unlocking shortly and from there we should probably see a "p2p" group release withing some few hours unless it uses some special copy protection but that's unlikely to happen. Yeah, I just came to post the same thing.. it's fake bullshit from the scammers. Notice how it's always "Uploading...." ? As prudi said, they're just waiting to steal the first release that comes along -- and since the game doesn't unlock for another hour or two at least, then it won't be for a while.
