+1 for the huge amount of parmesan, like a true italian!
@Lopin: when I'm too lazy, I usually cook this. Super-easy and the result is surprisingly not bad |
How i make them is with all beef mince meat, i soak pieces of toast(crust cut off) in milk and squeeze most of the liquid out of them and add them to the beef along with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, eggs and basil, then i fry them, in a pan, in butter and oil. Sometimes i roll them in bread crumbs but that makes them even more unhealthy The sauce has like no fat or anything though so that helps
But im very glad about the authentic italian stamp of approval!
8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)!

So in my house i usually eat Rice, Beans, Chicken and Salad, usual dominican midday meal.
Problem is my family cooks without salt, without anything, just some damn herbs and shit, natural crap. And i hate the flavor. on that note they also forgot how to fucking cook too, everything tastes like shit and meat is usually so unworthy.....
SO! Im trying to learn how to make the meat at least, i love tasty stuff.
Im thinking about making my own chicken. So far i get the idea of using a pan? Salt and Pepper and.... yea i have no fucking idea.
HELP! |
That sucks. Meat without salt tastes like shit. Why dont you just sprinkle some on when theyre not looking? Get yourself a meat thermometer if you dont have much experience. Eventually you can poke the chicken with your finger and tell if its done or not.

Try adding some ground pork in with your ground beef. You can do 50/50 or sometimes i do 75/25 in favor of beef. Lean is fine. Much better flavor and texture when you add pork.

Easy, just mix together a quarter of a cup olive oil with rosemary, thyme, pepper, oregano and garlic ( all in teaspoons ) with some sprinkles of lemon in a bowl, then you make strips out of the chicken and then throw it into your demonic concoction along with some olives and diced tomato.
Cover it all up and let it stew in therefrigerator for a couple of hours, ideally 10, then put the chicken on aluminium foil and wrap it in tightly, make sure there's a pocket so that warmth can make it out of the foil though, also add some of the marinade so it is moist. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 c.
To make the meal even better, put on some feta cheese or heck, maybe even some parmesan works too, but feta chese is preferable once it's out of the oven.

I know you can do that, but i prefer all beef when its meatballs. When I make "danish" meatballs (frikadeller) its with added pork and veal
And thats why you add soaked toast to add to the texture

Nice image, but so much wasted space on the plate. I hate restaurants that serve dishes like that. A plate, most of it empty with some drawings and maybe some leaf for decoration and finally a small spot of food somewhere on the plate. Fuck off, I want to EAT, especially at the retardedly outrageous prices these restaurants charge.
I am a simple man, I guess, when I go to a food place, I want to eat, not get out hungry from the restaurant, after paying a huge price.

Well I am a to the point kind of person. A restaurant that doesn't get you content, then fuck off. I prefer shawarma in a laffa.

These conchigioni look sublime, and I really mean it. Kinda similar to our lasagna, but all the various cheeses should grant a much different taste. I shall try it as well in the future^^
I usually eat pasta twice a day (I know, I know, the stereotypes xD, but it's so good) so more variety is always great.

Pasta is delicious, but highly irritating.... you eat a nice large plate of it, but you always seem to be hungry just a few hours later...
.. or I could just be a greedy fuck.
