Atletico Madrid and Torino FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of Alessio Cerci our organization, pending the appropriate medical examination and signing of contract by the player. The Italian international would commit for the next three seasons.
Cerci is a key to our team

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
£6m fee with an option to buy the player for around £43.5m.
_
Need some defenders now.

Damn damn damn DAMN, I was really hoping Arsene would continue his spending spree and bring in Falcao . Thought my dad was taking the piss when he said he's going on loan to Manchester United.
Falcao+Di Maria = auto-win football matches, they're simply too good not to work well together I think
IF Falcao stays fit and plays on the same level like he used to do at Porto and Atletico Madrid. I hope he stays fit because that will make PL even more exciting.

That's not fair though, the ManU farmers have the unlimited money cheat
In all seriousness, I'm glad the transfer windows is over. Finally, I couldn't stand the dumb rumours anymore...
Anyway, it was definitely an intense one for Juve. Tons of new top players and...oh wait. At least Vidal and Pogba will be staying, that's more important than buying another striker, imo. Tevez and Lloriente are a very solid couple, and the young Coman is incredibly promising. The only huge question mark is Morata, but he still will be an improvement over the lazy Vucinic of late.

United's commercial empire ( £75m per season Adidas, £50m ps Chevrolet, AON £15m ps United's official Korean tampon partner £2m ps etc.) gives them the luxury to spend money. Something that hasn't really been done for properly for years. Fergie let the quality of the squad deteriorate over years by replacing the likes of Ronaldo and Tevez with shite like Valencia, Obertan, Owen, Bebe, Berbatov - an astronomical amount wasted on players who aren't top quality and over time United have been left in the current predicament. Anyway it's good to see the calibre of signing improve vastly under LVG.

Yeah, must feel good indeed to see such refreshing scenario. Thankfully for you guys, the brand is still strong despite the recent not-so-exciting troubles, so players aren't scared to stay one year without CL because they know that it's a temporary situation after all (well, maybe ). I still think ManU would need another solid CB, and one experienced polyvalent guy in the midfield capable of doing the rough work, but time will tell as always.
Even with Falcao I see Man U outside top 4. They brought in a lot of overrated players except for Di Maria and possibly Blind and Shaw. But then again I am an Arsenal fan so I'm pretty biased. But that away game against Burnley showed just how screwed this team is. Man U has had an easy start schedule wise just to note. It's gonna be funny to see how this team disintegrates completely on the pitch once they go against a top team in the league...
Don't underestimate the boost a squad can get from a star player. A lot in top football is mentality based, and with the right motivation and tactics you can turn things in your favor.
Any player can become better with a leader and motivator on the pitch, I honestly believe that. This is what Luis Suarez brought to Liverpool's team last season. Everyone around him played better, and was encouraged by his work-rate.
Falcao will be a threat and presence on the pitch that will scare defenders, and make opposition teams commit more attention and players to mark him; even if they do, they might not succeed because he's used to being man-marked and still has the best movement inside the box I've ever seen. If a team successfully marks him out of a game, his presence will open up room for other attacking players and he will indirectly create chances that way.
Di Maria will bomb up and down his wing and deliver precise crosses or go at goal directly. He can also play as a forward.
Rojo is an upgrade on the defenders they had going into this season. He can man both fullback positions as well as center back positions.
Blind is an upgrade on the defenders, and he is able to effectively play DM and patrol the area in front of the center backs. He is a versatile player.
Herrera is a very talented midfielder and he has not peaked in terms of potential in my opinion.
It has been three games. Three. It would be absolutely foolish to dismiss this Manchester United team's chances to reach top four this season. I am saying this as a follower of the Premier League and not as a fan of a specific club.
People banging on about United's squad. LVG said all along that he favours 4-3-3. With the players at United's disposal:-
------------DDG------------
Rafael-Evans-Rojo-Shaw
Herrera-Blind- Di Maria
Rooney Falcao Mata
Subs - Jones, Smalling, Fletcher, Young, Adnan, RVP, Wilson
That's good enough for top 4. Plenty of opportunity to strengthen in January too. Fucking buzzing for this season now
We shall see.
ps. Rojo still has no work permit.
That defence is no worse than Liverpool or Arsenal's. As for Rojo, he'll be eligible in time for QPR after the international break.
Really? Koscielny was one of the best defenders in PL last season, I would prefer Debuchy over Rafael at any time, Lovren was also one of the best, Skrtel is also good. Personally I wouldn't compare them to Evans or Jones but there is no point of arguing about this. Time will tell how good Man United's defence is this season and how can they stand up against the best strikers in the league.
He has previously trained with both Manchester United and Bayern Munich - and impressed coaches at both clubs with his "tremendous ability". Haha, not my words, but hey. Maybe tremendous for his age group. Not exactly an unknown player to bigger clubs then. Maybe he will move in January. Real Madrid are also scouting him. Geez. Well, he won't start games at the bigger clubs ever so I wonder what he will do. Maybe stay where he is.

we looked so shit against Norway The Swiss are going to have a field day.
You need to replace Woy with someone who knows nowday football. There aren't many english options to be honest.
hehe, tbh we even made Capello look bad. It's something in our psychology I think. Rooney, Lampard, Gerrard, they all look shit when they pull on the three lions
