The game is out in TPB but I dunno if its legit. The guy who uploaded it have 40-50 other torrents so if its fake its not his fault I guess.

So the DRM free version actually have a copy protected disc? Not a very nice thing to do Deep Silver.
Ubisoft didn't lie and actually released one of the Prince of Persia game completely DRM free a few years ago.
