The Neverhood was one of my favourite puzzle games in the 90-ies. Klayman was one of my favourite characters. It had a unique design and a game atmosphere that I still compare a lot of games to.

Now, the guys who made The Neverhood are doing a kickstarter here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1949537745/armikrog

I just chipped in $80 because I really, really want to see this game made. If you have good memories as I do. Please do the same. Smile

Yes, yes I'm back.

holy shit, Neverhood.

Some puzzles in that game were IMPOSSIBLE but I would really love another one.

That looks fantastic, backed it.

I loved the original Neverhood. <3

I just remembered the tree where you ate apples(?) and the character just burped continuously, until you ate like 10 and it would just loop Laughing

Or the sign that says "If you go here, you'll die" or something like that, and if you went there, you died Laughing Don't know what I was expecting. Laughing

You probably should put this in the OP as well:

"Doug TenNapel, creator of Earthworm Jim™"

TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"

Pff, I was hoping for an authentic sequel but no, they have to go all next-gen on us and add some sort of dog-sidekick

If you've watched the video the dog sidekick is awesome, and sidekicks are anything but 'next-gen' he plays a big part in the story.

OH GOD YES So Much Win So Much Win So Much Win

I totally and utterly loved Neverhood back in the day (and it still is one of my all-time favorite adventures) and I've never, ever thought I'd see a sequel. I'm glad I was proven wrong.

I don't care about this game, but I'm glad it got funded as a "fuck you" to the people who actively campaigned against it just because they don't like Doug TenNapel's personal beliefs.
