I played the game for an hour last night and it's pretty awesome. I didn't want to play much more so I would not get spoiled.
I could not even skip the intro video  .
But as much as I like Peter Dinklage his voice is really uninspired. Just pure bland and boring.

I played a little further and I already see that just like in many games you won't do great without a good team with voice communication. I've tried challenging missions (involving a boss) with two random players added to the team and as it often is the case one or two were doing some stupid shit just fooling around.
Otherwise it's still Defiance with awesome graphics, design and whole lore/universe thing.
Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube

I think in the Alpha you could go against bosses designed for much higher classes. If thats the same on the Beta, then this would explain why you struggled to some extent. That and every retarded 6 year old got a Beta code - most of those will give up with playing after 10 minutes so probably wont matter in the long run.

Chill! Just becaus i dont have that much posts im not allowed to ask for a key? Ive been registered here for a long time and gave away some keys as well. Seems like there are 2 kinds of users in your opinion. I request more equality!

Yes I could take out a slightly higher class boss like he's yellow 6 and I'm 4, but it was reaaally tedious - shoot the correct spots with sniper rifle, then run around killing grunts to grab some ammo, shoot sniper rifle again. Repeat 20 times. But that's only if the mission isn't timed. If it is then no chance, at least with the sniper class.
If the boss is lvl 8 and I'm 4 then I can't even damage it well enough with the sniper in correct spots. A team is definitely needed.

Dude, neogaf. there are people posting keys there like every 30 seconds. I posted the link on the previous page, took me like 5 minutes to get a key. Waargh got one in 10. Easy peasey!
Better hurry though, the longer you wait the fewer keys will be posted. F5 that thread and leave the sony entertainment website open so you can enter the key into your account quickly before someone else grabs it.

its pretty much an online-focused halo, if you liked the gameplay and atmosphere in halo games,
you will like this.

this is a game that doesnt look special from watching videos, but thats because it doesnt rely on gimmicks and crap, its extremely solid, fun and pure, well designed gameplay.
