I think that Nintendo really nailed this E3 specially with Zelda. I mean every people here now and around me are like "I'll be getting one when Zelda U is out". Now I'm not sure how the Wii U can fail if everyone is buying it Very Happy Seems like Nintendo pulled a 3DS again but they didn't even decrease the price...

As much as I like Zelda, they already had me in with last year E3 and Mario Kart 8, SM3DW, Super Smash Bros and Donkey Kong Country last year Razz

Nintendo didn't nail anything. As far as Zelda goes the Zelda they announced sounded nothing like Zelda at all. It had the looks, but i'm going to stay fairly skeptical about the design choices they mentioned at the announcement.

who hacked the WiiU in fact? i know the hack is not yet in the wild but i am convinced it never will... the scene groups releasing WiiU games are also new groups which previously never released scene shit. if it was hacked by the f0f guys i doubt it will ever get released and they are scene releasing their own shit.

i find it very weird that none of the NFO's mention something about a hack to be expected... are these releases just raw 1:1 images?

PS3 dumps were coming out for half a decade before the first hack surfaced Very Happy That's just how the scene rolls; they dump the games as a matter of course and if a hack comes out then at least there's a catalogue.

I agree sabin1981, but take a look at these early PS3 NFO's, they all refered to waiting for an upcoming hack. all these WiiU releases mention nothing, except title keys which make me think it are not just 1:1 raw images and that the hack is already available in a limited community.

and the early PS3 releases were done by known scene groups, not new ones like we see now for WiiU

one of the few Games I will gladly borrow WiiU for Surprised ,however,no west release means no English unless some sort of English patch will be out..... ,hopefully Tecmo will release some sort of HD collections of latest Fatal Frames(2 Remake,4,and this) to the proper consoles in the near future.

Hmm, i think im gonna order a Wii U. I never got the original Wii and i'd like to play through SMG which i think was great (never finished it, just to the first boss and then there was a bug with the emulator).

It's compatible with Wii games, right? And they will run at 1080p, or did i miss something? Is the performance better too?

Which other games are worth getting? Mariokart 8 obviously, what else? Smile Are there any other Mario games worth getting (i prefer the 3D type, like SMG and Mario64).

I'm seeing very different messages when i did a google, Nintendo says "no" but the fans are saying it indeed plays it at 1080p. I'm confused i'll google more later otherwise.

The TV is displaying at 1080, the WiiU isn't rendering at 1080. That's the source of confusion Smile

I'm surprised you know this sabin, did you secretly get a Wii U (or maybe just have a friend with it then Razz) ?

Anyway, everything sabin said is true.

Only thing I can add is that we already suggested many games to get in this thread, in the latest pages, but if you only like 3D Marios then there is only 1 anyway on Wii U, so it's gonna be Super Mario 3D World for you Smile

But, don't underestimate the 2D ones, they rock too...
