Hoping with time it gets less of that since that's really the biggest flaw for me

someone made a comment about: his chest rising when he said he skips a breath at times...
(which was a silly sentence and delivery, just saying since a lot of it went 'whoosh')

It was alright, not bad as a B-Movie type TV show.
I like the vampires, I'm so sick and tired of "sexy", feminine vampires that the likes of Twilight and Anne Rice books propagate.
Give me vicious, animalistic, give no fucks about seducing humans, vampires, like the ones in 30 Days of Night.

man. FANTASTIC !!! loved that pilot... Epidemic, demons, mysteries, snow, night.
Just loved it BUT... as most shows... if it will be good, it will fail into a limbo of neverending seasons after seasons... Most shows should be 2 seasons long at most.
Under the Dome was supposed to be fantastic but it should have been 1 season long.
Ok... it can be longer than 1 season but make it good pls!
Oh and the atmosphere somehow reminds me of Alone in the dark (the last one, that secretly good), fahrenheit, Darkness... hellboy1 (dont liked 2 too much).
Waiting for next episode.......... and hoping that I will ever see a tv show that actually fucking ends. Even, Twin peaks - my fav show, never ended(but had kinda good "ending" anyway

loved the sweet caroline segment got transitioned into the next scene with the sirens going sort of in sync with the song. lol.
love things like that.
episode is ok. plenty of fun moments.

I read the first novel (it sucks ass) some time ago and if they stay faithful to the source material he doesn't. It's not much of a spoiler - but this novel dvelves deep into vampire physiology. These particular vampires do not speak at all - they telepathically implant thoughts into the other person's brain. The ones that try to maintain some sort of cover and seem human - move their lips to mimic speech (yes it's that dumb).

Strain took me by suprise. I didnt read anything about plot, thought it will be biohazard/epidemia stuff and its full gore comic like vampires flick. Count me in, definitely better than boring (tyrant, extant), cartoon like violence for teenagers (salem, penny dreadfull) or just plain crappy (leftovers) shows released recently
