the logic is very simple though, you pay and reveal your identity as from day 1
And you don't pay your ISP? Just pay with bitcoins.
even bitcoin is not anonymous... my IP is not solely used by myself and until now nobody in EU can claim a specific IP address is the e-identity of someone. but paying with credit card, paypal or bitcoins for a service which is solely used for piracy is not the smartest thing to get around the "plz hide my IP" issue
Doesn't matter how many people use your IP My IP isn't even static and I'd still get letters threatening lawsuits from the ISP. Your IP, your computer, your responsibility.
Plus you obviously have no idea what a VPN means if you think its only used for piracy.
if you have a seed box it is as easy as detecting usage of public torrents. the question is about a Belgian user and your reasoning does NOT work in Belgium. Belgian ISP's can even not disclose IP info to non-government organisations. hell, even the legal system in Belgium has limited ways to request such info from ISP's. and your foreign DMCA bull shit does not apply over here.
