Hot news for all the Cinemaware fans, it looks as if we might have a kick starter revamp on our hands and it's a game very close to our Retro Hearts. Wings may well be coming back.... Again

Fuck yeah, I absolutely LOVED Wings! Those infantry strafe missions! And bombing runs!

I remember Cinemaware had other awesome games, that were graphically very advanced for its time. Like Defender of the Crown (those joust tournaments!) or It Came From the Desert.

There must have been a door there in the wall, when I came in.
Truly gone fishing.

"In 1993, Amiga World ranked Wings as third on the list of all-time Amiga game hits"

I was surprised that it didnt take off with the first kickstarter - if I remember correctly it was
a really low amount. Wings is by far the game ive played the most about anykind of flying.
Loved the dogfights, hated the train missions - but the whole atmosphere with the diary and all that was just brilliant + the graphics where really pleasing.

Scratch Head

Crimson Skies was a completely different game. Perhaps you mean Red Baron?
