Is there an app or sth for mobile or comp that will let me see the folder size of stuff on my phones integrated memory?
Disk space fan won't read mobile or sd cards -.-"
My internal storage has only 99MB free, and I have an empty 32GB sd card in it basically so I'd like to know what has taken up my memory...

Hm... have you tried total commander for android?
Or if you're savvy with linux-based systems, try terminal emulator.

Yeah, I have storage, but it only lists the amount of data stored, not what is that data and how and if I can delete it. Like I have 3.11 GB in 'Other'. Ok but what is it?
And I'm never going to CM again. I rooted my last phone, and it worked fine... Oh except the part where I'd just lose my signal out of the blue and had to restart the phone.

Sausje ES file manager has the ability to list it all?

Well like if I go to c:/ it will list existing files and how big they are, the same but with mobile storage

I honestly don't know, don't use the feature a lot. Just try it out dude, see if it is what you need
