They are very good phones actually. They are easily on par with the likes of Samsung, just hard to get outside Asia Smile

What?

3050 mAH doesn't mean 3 hours. Battery life on the Mi2 was somewhere in between the S3 and iPhone 4S and that was on a 2000 mAH battery.

Yup your right, i own a S4 right now and i am not happy with that phone (to much protected and way useless apps). This one is not plastic and much cheaper compared to a S4. Xiaomi creates phones for almost half of the price compared to the S4. Better chipset (Snapdragon 800), better case etc etc.

If i like this phone then i will never buy any Samsung phone ever again (or any other well known brands).

and that means what ? for the fasterest phone ever ? 6h with wifi Laughing

Sony itself claims you'll get up to 11 hours of talk time and 550 hours standby time in Xperia Z , that uses this kinda battery... but what is the reality in it and what is PR BS

Well you being a complete tool and speaking shit about something you clearly know nothing about isn't the way to find out, now is it?

http://www.phonearena.com/reviews/Sony-Xperia-Z-Review_id3247/page/4

The battery is "only" 2330 mAH in the Xperia Z; add whatever phone you want in the life widget to compare. It's between the 5 and 5S.

In that widget, the Note 2 has a 3100 mAH battery, which is closest to this one obviously. So battery life on this will be just fine, there's no phone out there that'll last more than a few hours with heavy usage anyway.

This phone has a battery almost like a note 2 has (3050mAh vs 3100 mAh), the xiaomi has a smaller display so do the math. Also the battery life is much better then a Galaxy S4 (2600 mAh). With my Galaxy S4 i can do 1 day with medium usage, with low usage i can do 2 days.

So next time you post something do some research first!. Clearly you don't know what your talking about.

I payed €343 euros for the unit, 17 euros for the silicon cover + protection screen and around 18 euros for shipping.

I forgot to reply here Laughing

Got the phone and i am sooooooooooooooo happy with it. It's using Miui V5 (android 4.3) and it's so stable, works perfectly (even faster that the s4). It's has no slow downs in the menu like most android devices have (at least samsung does). Some games are running much faster compared to my old s4 (20 fps increased or more). I can use everything, play store, gmail etc etc etc.

I am pretty amazed how those chinese guys made this phone so great. It has a alluminium case, the first time i got it in my hands i thought o wow ... really quality in design ... feels so expansive.

Really i am so happy with this phone that i don't want a well known device anymore such as samsung, lg, htc and so on.

The phone is made with well known stuff
Philips flash light
LG 1080p screen (retina screen)
Sony 13MP Camera
Snapdragon 800 cpu

Wasn't there a problem with them not feeding back their codechanges to the Android project though? Or am I able to throw CyanogenMod on there as well and be happy forever?

Because from the hardware and the design alone these phones seem amazing.

I can do everything with this phone Laughing. Playstore works fine and it's also reconized as a Xiaomi mi3 in the playstore. No problems at all and much more stable then samsung.

I installed all my apk's and working, so i don't know what you mean

This is a great phone though all said and done, the build quality is fantastic, I like that it feels cold to touch when picking it up and feels solid although slim line, unlike some light plastic feel that the galaxy range is like.

Bloatware? so what if I leave it on here Very Happy the phone runs superbly fast even if it is there.

I am glad I tried it out and will keep it till next upgrade for sure.
