I can't figure out how to activate the subscription. The home page states that my subscription ends June 2006...but it won't update definitions. I am running version 4.5.3

Any help?

when I click on update definitions/update program.....its says "definitions can not be updated, subscription has expired"

But on the home screen, it says subscription activated thru Nov 2 2006.

any ideas?

Why don't you email them?
They sold you the software, they should give you support for it ...
