Yup, happens to me from time to time. Usually I start seeing dots, like when you press your eyelids to your eyes with a finger a bit, blurs out one side of my sight. At that point my head doesn't hurt, but there are two ways this can go: I take ibuprofen immediately and rest, and hope it doesn't get worse, or I say: oh I hope this won't be a migraine, in which case it becomes the worst migraine you can imagine.
The head hurts so much that I cannot walk normally and I get sick to the point of vomiting.
In that case I take ibuprofen and try to pass out in a dark room and hope that by the time I wake up it'll be gone.
It happened more when I was a kid, luckily I don't have them that often. I had one last month, but before that there wasn't one for quite some time.
I still get headaches from time to time, especially when the weather changes.

I figured out what caused this mess. Cocoa and some chocolates (not all) are that triggers my migraine . And there was some cocoa/chocolate kind of stuff on the cake i ate earlier. |
That sucks.
I had a migraine from a sandwich in cafeteria back on my first year of uni. I recon it was cheap ham inside, because it happened again when I was eating a sandwich at home with similar ham.
