Crash 8/10

I thought it was a remake of that softcore movie Crash (from like 96 - bout sex and car accidents)...so it was a very nice surprise when it turned out to be about something completely different. Suspensful, awesome movie, one of the best ones in 05 for sure.

Guess Who (with Ashton Kutcher and Bernie Mac) - 5/10

Ashton is a homo, even worse in this...there are some funny parts, but on the whole, its just not that funny, to me anyway.

Full Metal Jacket 9/10

Old movie about vietnam from the perspective of this pussy ass photgrapher. Its really interesting and fucked up - and the first 10 mins of the movie is fucking hilarious...the drill sarg is classic Smile

Kingdom of Heaven 6/10

Seen the cam before, never saw a good release. Bought the DVD and man, i am fuckin disappointed. Alexander was a gay ass movie, but it was better than this. The only things i can think that are good about KoH was the dude from Rome (he's a badmon) and the gore/realism in the battle scenes.
Orlando Boom is a horrible actor and even worse when he tries to play a tough guy, seriously. I can tolerate him in the LoTR series, but in any other movie, he's a bawty bwoy for sure.

Flight Plan - 9/10

I really liked this movie. Suspensful, emotional, gripping etc

Jodi Foster does an amazing job and the ending, while not spectacular, was one of the best endings ive seen recently.
This is a must see movie. Smile

The Exorcism of Emily Rose - 9/10

Fuckin superb!! No doubt about it.

My one beef about the movie, is that they dont show enough of her demonic poession, they describe the fuck outta it, but they dont show enough shit. What they do show however, is fuckin freaky.

the "I'm the Devil in the flesh" part really fuckin freaked me out. And there were a couple of parts that made me spill my coffee all over my blanket Smile

If ur looking for a thought provoking, freaky movie, I HIGHLY recommend this. You wont be disappointed.

Oh....and my clock better NEVER EVER stop on 3am Wink

The Exorcism of Emily Rose

I Enjoyed this movie too.

Very good film, but just dont watch it expecting The exorcist Pt2, its more of a courtroom drama.

hahaha Smile

I dunno, Jason movies used to actually freak me out a lil back in the day.
This month on the Scream! Channel, they run 1 or 2 Jason movies every nite...I have watched all of em thus far and they just dont have that freaky factor anymore...I mean, they are still ok to watch, but they dont freak me out at all Sad
I liked being scared....which may not make sense, but when Im truly scared, I feel alive ya know?

What was bad about Alexander?

Dude, the totally focused way to much on the homosexuality. Like, ok, show the point that he was bisexual/gay. Most Italian and Greeak guys back then were bisexual and its common knowledge. They didnt need to go into so much detail with it...especially his "love" for Jared leto (phistian or however u spell that guys name).
Honestly, in most of the scene's where he talks to that guy, he looks like he's ready to stick his tounge down the other dude's throat...

The movie just had this whole gay feeling to it. I still liked it, the battle scenes are wicked and the story of Alexander is awesome...just, again, they over did the homosexuality angle.

I was really hoping you'd have a better reason than that. Everyone... well... 9/10 of the people that do not like this movie is because of the gay parts. Oliver Stone could have done it like Wolfgang Petersen did in Troy and turn the story around make it heroic and brave and rolemodelish. I don't know what you know about history and I don't know if you've seen Troy but in that movie Hector stands brave and goes out to meet Achilles in battle when he calls for him. In Homer's Iliad (which the entire story of Troy comes from) Hector ran around the walls Troy four time or so to get away from Achilles when he came for him and eventually Achilles did get him and killed him. You think that's bad? Achilles did not want to participate in the Trojan war.... he dressed up as a woman to slip out of recruitment but they find out it was him and he had to go. Would you have liked Troy if the story played like that?

Would Alexander have been better if Stone made it so that he only fucked hot chicks, and lots of them? Would it have made the movie better? I know 100% that for many people it would have been better, just cause most people hate homo's... and I am not going to BS you... even though it sounds about ironic as it can get coming from me I really do not like gay people they disgust me. But if there is one thing worse than gay people It's judging a movie because there is homosexuality in it (LOOOOL). I am not saying that the story of Alexander in that movie is 100% realistic but the main lines are there. I respect that movie because it did not stray from reality in a way that would suit Hollywood best. Alexander did love Hephaistion he was his best friend and his lover and that movie reflected upon that. Even though I would have loved to see a straight Alexander It can be no different. The man was brilliant he was one of the greatest conquers of our worlds history he was what he was, he did his thing and he was gay.... well that's fucked up, but I still think he was Colossus and I would love to go back in time and meet him.

I also think that this movie was good due to the acting, Colin Farrel is a fucking good actor. For example... when Hephaistion dies at the end, take a good look at Farrel look at his eyes you can really read his pain as if he is truly living it, he cries and he screams he's full of emotion, just like Alexander was... emotional. There's a great performance by Leto as well and Jolie really outdid herself. I am not saying the movie was perfect some dialogue's were a bit cheap and off, not always did the movie have the epic feel, but the movie felt real to me. Braveheart is a great movie, full of heroism and courage and so on, but Alexander feels better to me because not everything feels epic, like it did in braveheart, you don't hear a great inspiring line every 10 minutes like you do in braveheart, you don't feel patriotisme or drama or bravery every 10 minutes.... this is a story of a man who wanted to see what was on the other side of the world and connect people with eachother and his journey from the start till the end of his life.

I think Alexander is a great movie, not as good as let's say Gladiator, but deffinitley good..... IMHO..

I also thought Alexander to be a good movie but then again I also enjoyed Kingdom of Heaven so perhaps I have a wierd taste.

Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit 7/10. This wasn't really a 7/10 movie but more like a combination of 10/10 & 5/10. Some bits were great & some poor.

I thought KoH was good as well even though Orlando Bloom is a crappy actor. I think the movie is not as good as it could have been because they rushed through it. For example the part at the beginning when Balian goes with his father and they train at the small camp, he knows not how to effectively wield a sword, he gets a lesson for about 3 minutes and then the camp gets attacked but those 3 minutes of training.... make him a master swordsman in the rest of the entire movie.....
