I got beta. Played it.
It felt as dead as a morgue. Filled with dead people. Who were dead.
Like someone took the shell of BF4, and scraped out all the tasty insides, threw them away, and refilled it with creamy shit.

I just talked to ea support chat as well and got my key within a minute of talking to someone. Just tell them you can't connect to the site to apply for the beta and they will add it to your origin account instantly.

Camp the roof (escape) and it's gg. Just spam tear gas into the stairs and some rpg's for added nap-ness ... and ... win every time as CT.
They sure didn't think that through. Otherwise it would be a nice mode.
They really need to rotate those escape points. I.e. each time a new loot spawns and gets picked up, a random drop point should spawn as well. So CT's can't just camp that point from the beginning.

On your first point - you can zipline to the roof to avoid the stairs, and/or clear the roof from the opposite building. Also gas masks.
For your second point - camping an escape point is no different than camping (defending) the vault. Either way you will have to breach the defences.
If one thing that is a bit pointless being static, it's the loot respawn when it gets "returned". There is no real way to avoid it that makes sense, but it's a bit silly that the police has to spend a great deal of time "returning" it, only to have the robbers just pick it up back at the vault and get it back to the "frontlines" in a couple of seconds, because they know where and when it's going to re-appear. There is no real chance to set up the defences at the vault again, so returning it is not much of a victory, unless it was right at the escape point already.
[EDIT:] Well, there is one way to avoid it - set the loot respawn on a small timer (like the bomb in Obliteration when it gets reset), to give the cops a chance to move back. Not sure of how it would affect the balance though.

The netcode in this game feels way better than BF4, even with the latest CTE patch. But they must be joking trying to charge full price for this.

for me and many others, the cte patch in bf4 actually turned the game into a real "hit and miss" bs. Most my bullets just seem to vanish and not register anymore. And that's with any kinda of high frequency setting.
