I had no luck (am on 8.1) but I just found this:

It's weird because it works in every other game :/

@tw1st I don't seem to be having memory issues and I've got one in 3GB

@Interinactive

Share when you're done? \o/ Most of the time I just use SweetFX (or any other injector really) for removing the washed out paleness or the pseudo "fog" covering the screen, I tend to avoid presets that just amp the contrast up to 11 whilst darkening the rest of the screen. It doesn't look pretty it's just irritating. Do these people not know how bright daylight is?

I haven't seen it with SweetFX yet because I'm still manually removing some of the settings in the preset. If it tones that shit down then it's done all I need from it

Yes, what do you know, in day time when I walk in the street in sun light, I see bright-lit green trees, blue sky, red signs, not dark, brown skies, brown-green diarrhea trees, brown signs... Must be something strange in the daylight here in Israel. Laughing

@Preffy

The game should just skip over the noon time in the game. Go from early morning, to late afternoon, to evening, to night and back again. The lighting looks really nice at those times but absolutely appalling during the height of daylight grinhurt

@scsa

It's all good Very Happy

It's not THAT bad, well on that first screen it looks weird, since it's an effect they do when you come from indoors to outside. But other times it looks just fine. Only needs to be darkened just a bit Razz
The 2nd preset JBeckman linked on previous page looks quite nice.

Yeah, the OmniFX looks good and that's the one I'll be using since the other one is just too damned dark. There's also the MaxFX one which looks nice too;

Conservative political commentator Glenn Beck spoke out against Ubisoft's latest release Watch Dogs via the independent Libertarian news network The Blaze earlier this week, claiming the game teaches players how to hack in real life.

"The idea here is they are teaching you to hack and then become the ultimate voyeur in other people's lives, including their bedrooms, by hacking into their phones and everything," Beck said during a segment on violence in video games. Beck noted earlier on in the show that game series' Call of Duty had been said to teach the perpetrator of the 2011 Norway attacks how to shoot to kill.

"This game is teaching you to hack into whatever is docked in your bedroom. What the heck is wrong with us? What are we thinking? We are inviting this into our home and our lives. We are teaching our kids for entertainment purposes," Beck continued.
