Anyone know how to get previous saves to work with reloaded version? Ive tried moving them to the bin file but that doesnt seem to work

Open te saves with a hex editer and delete the first 552 bytes from both files. Then save as Save001.sav and Save002.sav and place them in the RLD save location: C:\ProgramData\Orbit\%GameId%\%UserName%

If you've used the 337.xx betas then the main change of .88 is the updated Watch_Dogs SLI profile (Introduced in bet driver 337.86 or what it was.), if you were on 335.xx then you get some optimizations to various games leading to a up to 75% performance increase in select games - However that's the "up to" marketing crap that so many companies like to pull these days, overall gains could be anything from 5% to 75%, will vary from game to game and with your own PC's specs.

So does the RLD release run better? I'm hearing conflicting reports.
It is probably placebo as the release is the exact same aside from the multilingual shit.
RLD's crack is the same performance wise as 2.0a 3DM crack, no?

Reloaded version has pre-order dlc + foreign language. Everything else is same. Including performance.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

From what I can see on SteamDB there's been there possible updates to the game although these can also relate to the Steam framework that version of the game is making use of.

First it was unlocked in AU and NZ and then they updated the Steam description, install_script.vdf file for runtime redists and other such details.

Then after that the "changenumber" was updated three times which could indicate three updates to the game although it can also indicate other changes.
(Like the above preload ready state so those not in Australia or New Zealand can also download the game but in encrypted state.)

Steam games can be pretty much freely moved, however, since this is a UPlay game... I would not be so sure. I recall I had to reinstall Anno when I formatted my harddrive and had just copied the game elsewhere (didn't care enough to store registries)

You can remove language .dat and .fat files.

Steam downloaded 26.3 MB few minute ago but it was DLC content.
Also, the deluxe edition content seems to be missing. I guess, it'll appear tomorrow along with day 1 patch (if any).

I am.
Regardless, the update is a pretty major one for AMD. It essentially ushers in the new 3.0 version of Eyefinity, and also promises performance fixes for the other game I mentioned.
Furthermore, the 25-28% increase to Watch Dogs is pretty concise if not a rumor. I don't recall nvidya mentioning a number but stating a generic "ensures you'll have the best possible gaming experience for Watch Dogs."
