It's driv3r with hacking. The story is stupid. The gameplay is crappy. The shooting and driving is terrible.
I don't think I will finish this game. It's just boring as fuck.

Yeah, I really do not think anyone should be playing this game on last gen at all. Everything is downgraded even the AI. However I think it's pretty embarrassing for UBIsoft considering GTAV is amazing on a lastgen console, where Watchdogs seems to be mediocre at best on lastgen. That is not a good thing, especially when they had a 6 month delay to fix many things.
The game will be much better on PC, PS4 so I will hold off for those versions.

I just wish I could play this game... I have a flashed box and am burning with an iHas drive. At about 48% with both the P2P and Complex releases, I get an INSTALLATION FAILED message. Has anyone else seen this or seen a fix for it?

I hope so. The gun sounds sound like they used a tin around the mic to record them. When you hear BF4 sounds it's sharp and aggressive this is soft and muffled. Also the police AI is not there at all. You can drive in circles for hours and they will just chase you in circles
It's also funny after you just killed 50 people for fun there are still side missions where you have to protect some lady from being robbed.
The game is pretty damn good. The game at daytime in the city looks pretty shitty of course, no AA or AF. The character and car models on the other hand are pretty detailed, looks about the same as GTA 5. And smoke looks absolutely amazing in this game.
The action (aka cover fight) part of the game isn't up to rockstars standards, but it feels smoother than saints row and sleeping dogs. Some people probably see it as a minor thing, but there is no visual blood when you shoot people, and it really bothers me.
The driving IS good. Its fast and responsive, and a little unforgivable at times. If you over steer at high speeds its very hard to straighten the car, just like in real life. Anyways, after some time you should be able to drive at high speed without hitting any cars.
The upgrades are GREAT, and make a big difference. When the cops are after you in the beginning of the game your only choice is to change the lights at the crossroads, later you can get upgrades that let you open gates and garage doors, then raise and lower bridges, disable police helicopters etc. 3 other sections of upgrades that aren't that unique.
I agree with BOOMDOOM when it comes to the story... its not really that interesting, and until now very anti climax. Im on Act 2 (of 5). I know from trailers, that I haven't met half the characters yet.... so we'll see. But until now its been very average.
The activities are pretty funny, some of those are as crazy as saints row ones

deelix, what do you think about the player responsiveness and movement? I didnt play much yet, but i find it to be very "heavy" if you know what i mean. Need to get used to it.

yeah, it feels a little heavy compared to GTA5, but its nothing major
After playing it for 30min on PS3, I can tell you the graphics aren't as bad as I thought. The character models look really nice for PS3 and surely better than the Aisha trailer.
But........ outdoors section (the city) runs at barely 30fps and the lightning is terrible, even during night time... As somebody said above, GTA V feels next gen compared to Watch Dogs, that's for sure....
That being said, I'm not sure the game is that much different on PS4, except the lightning....
Also have in mind the PS4 build is 20gigs, and PS3 build 17 gigs... see what I mean ?

I don't know how but all the screens you are sharing with the xbox360 version looks extremely bad in comparison with what I see on my tv.
same here. game black levels are fucked up (black is not black) but other than that it looks much better here... or its my imagination or whatever. I am playing on a pc screen btw

What a laughably mistitled video. No, that's not PS4 footage, it's PC -- and this has long since been confirmed by Ubi. No, the game doesn't look as good as it did during the 2012 reveal but the PS4 version supposedly does look like the 2013 E3 footage.
Yeah that's dumb. The mechanics aren't changed between platforms, e.g. GTA IV is the same on consoles as it is on PC. Only the graphics.

Granted I only spent an hour with it. If someone is really looking forward to it or enjoys the subject matter then they may have a blast with it. I'm coming from a background of knowing nothing of it except the trailer where he escapes on the train. It looked really interesting then but for me, after having played it, I don't really care if I ever play it again or not.
