I had read that somewhere else and tried it last night. Tried launching from default.xex and game.xex and get unreadable disc both ways. Also saw that some are saying to delete the default.xex and rename game to default but I did not try that. I'll probably tinker with it some more this afternoon but I just wanted to give it a quick spin as I plan to play the PC version. Considering it looks like more of the tried and true regurgitated go do this, then do that filler from what's being said here, I don't think I will be missing much if I have to wait some more.
Edit - apparently I missed a file. That worked. Going to mess around more later and see if I can figure out how to get it to launch from GOD container. I don't use freestyle and prefer to use the factory dash.

Ok so I retried the jtag method posted and apparently I was missing a file or something. After a long ass intro I played for about 5 mins. The graphics didn't look as bad as those webm links but it didn't look all that great either. It was decent enough that if the story is interesting I could probably get into it without constantly thinking I was playing an old ass PS2 game.
First impression off that 5 mins was a reskinned and modified AC.

I can't get one thing - why I am bothering with the stories of some random people? Who the fuck cares if some chick stole a bunch of FREE food or if some guy is cheating on his wife? Retard devs thinking that this is what the "ELITE HACKERS" do..
